It was taken down when I moved to a data center that doesn't allow any
bit torrent traffic. The server is still in the Seattle area, despite
my move to Colorado. The APRS Tier2 server northwest.aprs2.net is
still operational.

Also, rivettracker is garbage software I never should have used in the
first place.

I don't think there is a current Xastir VM.
