[Xastir] Ubuntu 12.04 Binary

Hello,

Fyi, I just posted a new deb package for Xastir 2.01 for Ubuntu 12.04
that was compiled on Apirl 29, 2012 based on a download from CVS (also
on the 29th).

I still need to update the binary section of the Wiki, but at least
the installation notes section is updated.

It is also notable that the procedure for building Xastir from source
is the same as what is already documented for Ubuntu 11.10 - except
the build script hasn't been modified yet to run in 12.04.
