[Xastir] Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit binary

One 'side-effect' to changing a desktop this weekend from the 32 bit
version of Ubuntu to the 64 bit version - there's now a 64 bit binary
available for download:

http://www.175moonlight.com/xastir/xastir201-ubuntu1204-amd64-2012-08-05.deb

The binary is based on Xastir source code downloaded today from CVS.

I haven't had a chance to update the wiki yet, but it should be done soon.
