[Xastir] Hardware

I have a usb/rs232 device that uses the pl2303 kernel module. I'm using 
it on my Linux machine to drive a TNC and I previously used it on the 
gateway prior to moving. I can't fault it's reliability and, given the 
feedback re FTDI devices I expect similar success.
