[Xastir] NWS shapefiles

On Sat, Dec 31, 2011 at 09:02:56PM -0800, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <davidf4 at mindspring.com> flavor, containing:

How odd.  I did a CVS checkout after you posted, and it updated nothing ---
cvs log get-NWSdata shows the latest commit as revision 1.27, on May 31st.
What does yours show?
