[Xastir] Interface Control Question

I have looked all over the FAQ and instructions for this but have not
found how to filter for one particular callsign no matter what the range.

My normal view is m/200 (200 mile range I think) but I want certain APRS
units to show up wherever they are in all of North America.

Anyone have a lead for me?
