[Xastir] Problems with TNC-X and 10.7.3

Greetings,

I have the latest device drivers from FTDI's website, and with 10.7.3 I get a crash every time Xastir tries to talk to the TNC-X.

FTDI shows only up to 10.6 in their compatibility list, even though 10.7 has been out since July 2011.

Is anyone able to successfully use their TNC-X with 10.7.3 and Xastir?
