[Xastir] What's this output

On Thu, May 10, 2012 at 06:41:19PM -0500, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <jjolin at itol.com> flavor, containing:

This appears to be debugging output that came in with the latest revision
of maps.c, when assorted new weather alerts were added to the code (Australian,
if I recall correctly).

Almost all weather alerts code has commented-out fprintfs to stderr
announcing stuff like this, but when the new code was checked in the
fprintfs were not commented out.
