[Xastir] Fwd: [Bug 999356] [NEW] xastir is missing a .desktop file

I believe that Xastir doesn't provide any special hooks for any other desktops in the cvs.  So it is up to either the package maintainer to include one or a new page needs to be added to the wiki telling users how to create the hook if they want it.

Hey List,

Somebody else want to tackle this?  I have finals this week, and am not
yet on 12.04 until after finals and a week or more of decompression.

Also seeing as this is a Unity issue I can not help it at all as I am
still on Gnome and am _NEVER_ going to Unity.  (I tried it and damn near
went insane!)
