[Xastir] unexecutable scripts [ was Re: Xastir Digest, Vol 84, Issue 11]

And if you're not running the CVS version, but running the 2.0.2 tarball 
version, then do:

  chmod a+x /usr/local/share/xastir/scripts/*.{sh,pl,bash,py} /usr/local/share/xastir/scripts/get-*

which is what the changes to the CVS makefile actually does.
