Overclock on mine is stable at 950, but dubious at full... Xastir 2.0.0. 
from repository, mapnik maps, no RF :(
Full CPU while rendering map, but settles with plenty to spare.
I think full overclock caused ruin of SD Card.
As with much in this hobby, YMMV :)
