[Xastir] Interface Control Device Granularity

On Mon, Jul 01, 2013 at 04:34:14PM -0400, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <kg4urp at gmail.com> flavor, containing:

It appears as though I have exactly one "Posit Tx Interval" for all interfaces. That means when I run both VHF and Internet (aprs-is), I send a position report at the same time.

Yes.  All interfaces get your posits sent out at the same time.  There is no setting that changes that behavior.
