[Xastir] (K)Ubuntu build by CVS script

Yes, there doesn't appear to be a lesstif package in Ubuntu 13.10.  I used
libmotif-dev, and it's the only dependent package that is different from
those that are required for Ubuntu 12.10 and/or 13.04.  (I found previously
that 12.10 and 13.04 were identical in in terms of which dependent packages
are required).
