[Xastir] WX Stations

I know this may be a bit off topic but I figure this is probably a good
resource for reviews and recommendations.

I am looking for a reliable WX station that will automatically report to
internet WX sources. wunderground, APRS-IS, and or any CWOP recipients.

Suggestions, recommendations, ones to avoid?
