[Xastir] Xastir on the Raspberry Pi

If the user is running the lxde desktop in Raspian, all they need to do
is...

sudu  apt-get install gdebi

Then right click on the deb file, and left click "install with Gdebi".  The
Gdebi app will install all dependencies.
