[Xastir] Satellite ACK - Was Setup APRS for ISS

Hello Curt,

 From what I've seen, you need to enable this option if Xastir will send 
ACKs to digipeated APRS messages.  With it off, Xastir WON'T send acks.  
Very confusing and I'd love to get some clarification here.
