[Xastir] How to create DBFAWK

I am in the DBF file, in my case roads.dbf from OSM but I don't see
anything that tells me stuff like text lables etc, just the specific road
names.

I simply want my xastir to show the road lables etc. I don't care about
changing the name of the roads
