[Xastir] direwolf won't receive packets

I have soundmodem working fine where it will TX and RX packets. Direwolf
for some reason, however will only transmit packets and not receive when I
send an APRS packet in the sound in.

I am using a USB sound card (CM108 sound chip) and have my whole station
working fine on soundmodem, just having issues getting direwolf to receive
my packets.
