[Xastir] UI-view Maps not working

Try the "Online/OSM_tiled_mapnik.geo" one (assuming you have internet connection
while using Xastir).  That is known to work.  But it isn't quite the same
as what you're trying to do, as that one fetches maps off the interwebz rather
than just trying to kludge georeferencing of a GIF.
