[Xastir] Using Mapbox maps on Xastir

Okay, I've been tinkering with using that URL as part of a tile server but I'm 
still getting:

Couldn't download the file
Perhaps a timeout? Try increasing "Internet Map Timout".

I'm sure the URL is what's messed up with regards to it being a tile server.
