Thank you Tom.   Now that you mention it,  I forgot to check that in or mine wouldn't have built 
either.

I hope it's useful to others.  I needed the fonts to scale better so decided it was worth doing 
even though I hadn't intended to spend that much time.   
Then again,  what else is retirement for?
