[Xastir] New Online Maps in Git (Canada & U.S.)

Tom,

I am going to wait a day or two and do a ./update-xastir as I usually do
and see if certain files are not getting updated. My suspicion is that
something in .gitignor is causing a problem on my system and maybe on
other users systems but they just have not realized it yet.
