[Xastir] New Online Maps in Git (Canada & U.S.)

I didn't realize you weren't building directly from your git clone, but
from a tarball created *from* that git clone.

It was just the question about how up-to-date your source tree was that
made me ask about "git log --oneline" (I was only interested in the first
line of it, which would show the last SHA in your repo) and "git status"
(which would show whether you were actually checked out at the head of 
master).

Glad you tracked it down to a mistake in bundling the source.  That should
be easy to fix.
