[Xastir] Networked WX

I was looking for information on how to get my WX to RF.
I began looking for information on the protocol for a networked WX, and
had anyone used Weewx for this purpose, but found an old mail on another
listserv from Ray VK2TV

giving information on how to get WX to RF with a nws-stations.txt.
I have now got some extra data going to air :)
