[Xastir] Released: Xastir 2.0.8 stable

Thank You Curt!

Confirming build from CVS via "update-xastir" script with no errors on
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with all updates in place.

Now to get the various distro's updated...

I know Iain ( iain at learmonth.me ) is on here and awaiting the update for
Debian and derivatives.

Way too many others for me to keep track of but I know others have
mentioned them...
