[Xastir] 'Server Ports' addressing issue

Sorry, meant port 2023. It occurs to me that you're talking about packets
heading from port 2023 -> an INET feed, and not the other way around.

I'll see if I can duplicate this later, but if you have examples of
packets, both original and 3rd-party created from them, that would save me
some time.
