[Xastir] Telemetry messages here in St. Louis

Hi,

It looks like the T#016 did not show up as an APRS message.  I probably 
copied that packet off of the aprs.fi website which I used to study the 
various packets.  The two callsigns I am receiving which involve 
telemetry are:  KA0ATT-10, and N9PBD-15.
