[Xastir] Bug#876626: Xastir loose TCP/IP data afer 12 hours of use

I will try with fixed server without rotation next week-end.

But I have just made one more test now after more than 12 hours Xastir
uptime :

- I send a message to a station
- no answer
- I shutdown the TCP/IP interface -> no internet link
- answer appears

It looks like a kind of congestion inside the software bur I will tell
you the results maybe next saturday or sunday.
