[Xastir] Position transmit timing

Hi Dave

Thanks for the tip.  I tried it but it made no difference.  The tnc still transmits at 30 min intervals, no matter the setting.

I did start xastir as non-root ( i.e. xastir &) or should it be sudo (sudo xastir &)?

Make the changes you want...

Then { File | Configure | Save Config Now! }...

Then Quit Xastir...

Then Start Xastir...

Observe if changes "stuck".
