[Xastir] It appears the GIT repro has been locked down

I needed a mental distraction so I installed Gentoo on an old 
Thinkpad...and when I get to the 'git clone' command, it's asking for a 
Username and Password.  Never has before this..

So I'm guessing someone locked down the Xastir repro...
