[Xastir] "UP" on QUERIES

Hello Group,

Just to bring an « UP » on Matthieu’s email ;-)

- Missing basic queries sur as ?APRSD , ?APRSP etc…
- a setting for a "viscosity factor" for HF (300bd) ops
