[Xastir] constant warnings in term after update and ipv6 (updated) isn't broke

Just went through my commit from last night, and yes, I *DID* wrap the 
display of the current mouse position info at the bottom of the screen
in set/restore locale calls.  So now I have no idea why you're seeing this
as the mouse moves.  I do not.
