[Xastir] Xastir iGate Setup

Interesting, and that makes sense that when I'm connected to a server none
of the local igates are reporting they saw my station either.  Is there a
way to see whether Xastir is still sending the data?  tcpdump for
instance?  I assume the deduplication is happening at the server end.
