[Xastir] GNGGA vs GPGGA support

To answer Jason's question about checksum, no I don't think we check it. We
probably should.

Also: APRS _can_ have increased resolution: Use APRS compressed mode. I
used to do that a lot, and it gives you precision of about a 2' by 3'
rectangle.
