[Xastir] Start upon Bootup

[Jason KG4WSV]

It runs as the user logging in (which is pi auto-logging in),  not root, so no problems there. 

Ive done it both ways, don’t recall why, but no problems either way except the issue of not getting (or finding) the console output.
