[Xastir] FreeBSD port for Xastir 2.1.4 submitted.

I’ve just submitted the update for the FreeBSD port of Xastir 2.1.4.

This update removes GDAL, any mention of ImageMagick and makes ports Shapelib a dependency (rather than optional).

It compiles by default using gcc, but if GraphicsMagic is deselected in ‘make config’ then it will compile using clang.

Unfortunately I can’t make it compile just with clang as the FreeBSD GraphicsMagick package has OpenMP support via gomp and gcc8 enabled by default.

Big thanks to Tom, Curt and everyone else for the updates, and releasing 2.1.4 so quick with the GraphicsMagick fix.
