[Xastir] Vehicle Android Computer

How do I get Xastir installed on a vehicle computer running Android and

then link my FTM-400 to the system so that the APRS is displayed on the 
screen?

Or are there Linix based vehicle systems that can be installed to 
replace the factory Android version?
