[Xastir] A few changes

BTW, there are tons of suggestions for workarounds such as replacing AR_FLAGS
with "cr" to override the default "cru", but I have tried all of them out and
none actually silences this warning.  This is one we just have to ignore
just as almost everyone else that uses automake has to.
