[Xastir] My question related to MAPS_AUTO_MAPS in xastir.cnf

I should have said "if the first map is raster and that's the only
raster map loaded". Can load vector maps after that on top of raster
with good effect.

For those with email that stacks new messages on top of old so you
miss things, read my previous message.
