[Xastir] Xastir on raspbian buster

I’ve installed Xastir on Buster using the how-tos on the wiki site. I haven’t done the script before but see other responses that it works. I can definitely confirm 100% that Xastir works on Buster. It’s only a matter of finding the right install/update option for you.
