[Xastir] OT: Ultramarathon runners

In past years at the Lincoln Marathon we have had bicycle hams shadowing the lead runners and one of our club members provided QRP APRS trackers for the bikes. It worked pretty well but you do need good digipeater coverage of the entire course.
