[Xastir] how to START xastir on raspberry pi OS -- SOLVED

That did the trick Tom.  Many thanks.  I might be using it more on the
pi than my laptop.  We'll see how it plays with maps.  Probably have to
deal with dialout and that stuff too, but at least it runs without being
root.
