I got a message in to them via another group which is the GIS
advisory board for them?  They had a web page contact that worked
and he forwarded it off to TNRIS.

They'll already be notified of at least some of the problems.

I also ran off to look at the DRG specs just to make sure I wasn't
blowing smoke.  A few color things changed last year, but nothing
about collarless maps or new projections.
