Another thing I've noticed is that UI-View only sends two
cancellation messages for a killed object.  It's possible that some
of the clock objects are making it in, but the killed packets are
sometimes not making it to APRS-IS.

The packets should probably have NOGATE or RFONLY in them somewhere,
to keep them off the APRS-IS.
