[Xastir-Dev] Active Alternate Net togglebutton

What do people think about changing the "Activate Alternate net?"
togglebutton in Configure->Defaults so that its state doesn't get
saved between Xastir runs?

The thinking here is that some people set this, and then wonder why
they never see any stations on their screen except their own.  It's
happened at least two times to people that I can recall.

The downside would be if people are using it for private networking,
and they'd have to remember to set it each time.  I suspect that's
not a big use of Xastir.  Also:  The way that we use alternets right
now is not really per what Bob B. intended.  I've been meaning to
change how they work at some point, which may make this even less of
an issue.

Thoughts?
