[Xastir-dev] Reminder: Stable release very soon

Reminder for developers:  The next release is planned for very early
next week.  Get those doc and spec file changes in right away.
We're currently in code-freeze.

Major bugs found at this point could delay release, but that's about
the only thing that could hold us up.  We really need to pop the
release out and get on with new development.

Planning to make this release version 1.3.0.  Let me know if anyone
has a problem with that.
