You're correct.  I did not report that test, as it didn't occur to me
to run it.  Now that I've run the test, the results are...

that yes, --with-dbfawk enables dbfawk.  Now I can go back to
- --without-dbfawk until dbfawk matures sufficiently so that I can't
tell whether or not I'm using it.
