Agreed on the annoying.  I have the appropriate strings in my .cvsrc
to fix that.  I also rely heavily on aliased commands for RCS and
CVS so that I don't have to remember the stupid stuff.

One other CVS annoyance that some of you might not have come across
yet:  When you do a CVS DIFF, it does a DIFF against the version you
checked out, not against the CVS HEAD version.  I've fixed that in
my aliases too so that if more than one of us is working on the same
file at the same time, I get a diff against the current CVS version.
