[Xastir-dev] Xastir Requirements Capture

While I like to use wikis for documentation, I much prefer to keep
active discussions on a mailing list. I find I just don't hit wikis
often enough in the day to make them useful for an interactive gig. I
do think Trac would be a good app for a wiki for development and
ticket-tracking.
