[Xastir] MacOSX/Solaris/BSD Users: config.h files please?

Could I ask a few of the MacOSX/Solaris/BSD users to send me your
derived config.h files?

With that info I might be able to get rid of the op-system specific
#ifdef's in the code, and replace them with function-specific
#ifdef's.  That way, as the operating systems change over time,
Xastir will change with them.

MacOSX users:  Please try the latest code.  I changed "__MacOSX__" to
"MACOSX" in the #ifdef's.
